FutMexNation is here to bring you your weekly updates about our Mexicans Abroad.

Serie A

Chucky Lozano was a starter this weekend against Lazio, where he provided an assist for Napoli’s third goal. Along with the assist he also had two shots on target, with 24 precise passes and an accuracy of 85%. He also won three duels and had two interceptions. Overall a solid game for Chucky and very efficient as well, as he did all of this in 64 minutes when he would be substituted for Eljif Elmas. Napoli continue to be at the top of Serie A with 35 points, three points ahead of AC Milan who sit in second with 32. Napoli will travel to Sassuolo next Wednesday for their next match.

La Liga

Andres Guardado had himself a terrific weekend by going the distance in Real Betis 3-1 beating against Levante. This is just the second time that Guadrado plays the full 90 minutes this season. During the match he had 40 precise passes along with an 81% accuracy. He also won two ground duels, one aerial duel and had two blocked shots. With Guardado’s stellar performance, he helped Betis get into fourth place with 27 points. Giving Betis the chance to fight for a place in the Champions League next season. Betis will have Copa del Rey action this Wednesday, before traveling to the Camp Nou next Saturday to take on Barcelona.

Belgian Pro League

Gerardo Arteaga is currently performing consistently and hopefully earns enough playing time to earn him a call up to the qualifiers in January. This weekend he provided an assist for Genk despite his side eventually getting the loss against Club Brugge. With 43 precise passes and an accuracy of 89% he also had three interceptions, three ground duels won and one aerial duel won. Genk currently sit in tenth place in the Belgian Pro League. Arteaga and company have a chance to avenge this loss as they once again will face Club Brugge on Wednesday, December 1st in the Belgian Cup.
