Karla Rodriguez has committed to playing at Cal State Fullerton in 2021-22. Rodriguez has featured for the Mexico U15, U17, and U20 National Teams and will join current sophomore Vanessa Buso.
Arizona State (Alexia Delgado and Nicole Soto)’s match against #25 Washington State originally scheduled for Friday, March 5th will not be played “due to recent COVID-19 protocol developments within the Washington State soccer program” according to a press release from ASU. No word on if the match is postponed or cancelled.
The United Coaches Association releases weekly rankings, and this week there was plenty of representation in the Top 25. UCLA was the highest at #3, with TCU, Virginia, and Oklahoma State also breaking into the rankings this week.

Luciana Garcia Riefkohl played 34 minutes as College of Charleston lost 4-1 to #9 Clemson.
Georgina Hernandez played 38 minutes and got two shots on goal as Texas – Rio Grande Valley beat Chicago State 2-0. Carmen Acedo played 90 minutes for CSU, contributing a shot on goal in two shots.
Friday, February 26th
Tanna Sanchez-Carreto played 90 minutes, picking up a shot on goal and a yellow card as Alabama beat Louisiana 1-0. Reyna Reyes was not on the gameday roster.
Alexia Delgado played all 90 minutes and got a shot and an assist as Arizona State beat University of Southern California 1-0. Nicole Soto (ASU) and Alexa Gonzalez (USC) were not on the gameday roster.
Alondra Lepe played 10 minutes as Arkansas – Pine Bluff lost to Texas Southern 2-0.
