The most tense time of the year is here as the Mexican national team looks to stamp their ticket to the World Cup against their cross-border rival, the USMNT, this Sunday, June 11th. Fans in Los Angeles can watch this epic showdown at the La Batalla Viewing Party, the official viewing party of the Mexican national team.
The event begins at 3pm in the heart of Los Angeles’ Arts District. There’ll be food trucks galore, games of loteria for chances to win El Tri-brand prizes, and paleteros to keep everyone cool!
Fans will also be treated to music before and after the match courtesy of Mega 96.3’s DJ Eddie One, who kept the crowd hyped at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum for Mexico’s international friendly vs. Croatia, and L.A.’s own Tropical-Funk outfit Jungle Fire.
Members of Fut Mex Nation will be in attendance as well to document the fun and excitement and maybe even get some of you on camera!
Entry is $10 for fans 21 & over only! Fans can purchase tickets in advance at the Eventbrite site (<< click!). The party will be at 440 Seaton St. in Los Angeles from 3pm – 8:30pm,
